PulseCode Security is a product center of Mark Silvey Marine Services.

Marine Services is a yacht management corporation that maintains marine vessels in Newport Harbor, the Newport Beach area - and along the Southern California coast. In business since the 1970's, Marine Services is a sole source provider of those crafts and skillsets necessary to insure that boats and yachts are always in optimum operating condition and configured for safe, reliable sea going transportation in an open ocean environment.

Marine Services was founded by Mark Silvey, a seasoned maritime vessel management professional, in the early 1970s. Mark has accrued over 35 years of career experience, working on a fleet of personal and third party vessels over the years. Mark has spent 4 years in the US Navy submarine service.

Mark Silvey and the crew at Marine Services understand that a healthy boating community is dependent upon good harbor conditions and legislation sensitive to the needs of the boating public. To that end, Mark has been an integral part of the Newport Beach Chamber of Commerce since 1979 - currently sits on the Board of Directors, and chairs the Marine Committee. The Marine Committee is tasked with identifying key harbor and boating issues and advocating for the maritime community those codes, regulations, and budget commitments needed to keep our Newport Harbor clean, safe, functional, and fun to use.
